You might want to reconsider publicizing your every move with your clients. Its
generally considered unprofessional to discuss the specifics of client
relations in public or on the Internet.

Regardless of wheather you are right or wrong, the mere fact that you're airing
these problems demonstrates that you have them. A future employer could Google
your name, and they would see these posts. That might cause them to hesitate
hiring you, wondering about these issues. In other words, what you say here,
now may come back to haunt you later. 

I realize you are trying to help others. However, that help could have a cost.
Moreover, the opinions of a random set of TECHWRL'ers is not a replacement for
sound business or legal advice from a reputable source.
