This is peculiar. In the training material I have at hand, the map title is typeset in what appears to be approx. 16 pt Arial bold, while the block titles are typeset in 12 pt Times bold. So the difference is quite significant.

I agree, one really needs to come up with quite short block titles. However, from my point of view, the IM template with block titles to the left and indented blocks to the right is a major part of what makes it so easy to find the information.

Yes, there are lines between all blocks in the training material I have at hand. I thought this was the way it has always been, but apparently not.

Well, I had no such intentions - partly due to the fact that the template I use is a XML stylesheet that is not v.easily changed, and partly due to the fact that I wouldn't change a working template just like that anyway. My plan was to create a few test cases, present those to agents, representatives and customers and - if the result talks in favour for a change - make that change in 2005.
