I guess this qualifies as my chest-thumper news release:
On another list, a poster reported having been "thoroughly screwed" in
1997 by the same publisher I discussed recently.
That poster also revealed that a letter to the company's owners never
got a response at all.
One problem seems to be that word doesn't get around about companies
like that...
