bulleted lists. My notion presupposes that the authors are
slack enough that they will often mix fragments and
sentences in the same list. This has been my experience in
the past, but now I'm in a position to do something about
it, and I might just try to enforce better structural
parallelism rather than simply enforcing rules that support
lackluster writing.
