For my interest: will they assign personnel to work at your location or
will you send them raw information and just get back the finished
documents? And whose software tools will they use?


Ask if they will post a performance bond and/or agree to noncompliance
penalty clauses.

Who will edit/proof the documents they produce? If they are supposed to,
ask them to prove the training/experience levels of their editing
personnel as well as the production personnel.
