Hello All -

This may be a little off topic.

I am using Flight Check Collect 4.5 for the first time. I am on a PC. The
document has been created in Quark4 and is a Chamber Directory with well
over 200 fonts.

I have checked and made all the corrections/changes I can. It is now time
to do the collect. I have printed out their manual and actually read it
-- until after 2am. I did notice that it was for a MAC even though I have
the PC version. I am running XP Pro.

My problem is that when I click on "collect" on the main window, it
opens, but the "collect job" option is grayed out and can not be used.

Yes I can collect the job --that is all except fonts -- with Quark. But
it would be nice to collect at least most of the fonts and have only a
few to do by hand.

I have closed and reopened both my Quark document and Flight Check
Collect to no avail. My next option is to restart the computer.

I have a call into their tech support. However that gets you to their
answering machine, and they call back when they get around to you. I have
the digital department at my printers trying to help also. But they are
familiar with the full version of Flight Check and not the smaller
version: Flight Check Collect.

Since this may be OT, it may be better to answer me personally.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Happiness, joy & laughter
