Do you have your TOC set to be created as hypertext linked entries? Make sure the "Create hypertext link" checkbox in the lower left corner of the TOC box is checked. I've never had to do anything special in Acrobat for my hypertext linked TOCs to be converted into linked TOCs in the PDF. At least not that I can remember anyway.

Here's a question for you Acrobat Distiller people:

We take our Framemaker documents and use Acrobat Distiller 5.0 to convert
them to pdfs.

Isn't there a way to set Distiller so that TOC entries in the pdfs act as
hyperlinks... ie. if you click on an entry in the pdf TOC, the application
will go to that page?

I couldn't find an answer in the Distiller on-line help.
