Dear All,

Since this more recent exposition of what Michelle _really_ wanted has produced a bunch of helpful results; and it's often been said on this list that the term White Paper is over-(mis)used, couldn't _we_, at least, make an attempt to stop the rot?

A white paper is a white paper, a proposal is a proposal and a request for grant funding is a request for grant funding. KISS.

Best regards,
Ant
