I tried Theta software a few months ago and the problem with that
software is that it doesn't handle the drop-down and expanding texts
properly.
If my memory serves me right, only the titles of the drop-down/expanding
texts appeared in the PDF.

It is still rusty and I have had conversations with them about it and
they know it is. What I do is I create chm of my work. I then use a
utility called chmtopdf. The website is www.thetasoftware.com, and this
utility creates a pdf out of your chm file. My company loves the output.
It works, it's clean and it gets the job done. The best part is the
application is only about 50.00. 
So it was a no brainer to us.
