It works out quite nicely here. The tech. support guys write the training materials which they run through us (tech. writing) and they also conduct the actual training. The Training guys do all the planning and administration of the training events (lots of them and big), using the tech. support guys as trainers. It's a triangle here, but for smaller operations, perhaps 2 sides are enough.
