OT: IBM Integrator

Hello all,
I have an off topic question about data integration and I need comments or some website direction.
My company is considering installing IBM Integrator. The ?powers that be? asked everyone in development to compile a list of pros and cons. 
Please email me any good or bad experiences you have had with the IBM Integrator. Naturally, I would like to hear most about the ?bad?. No one likes surprises. 
Alternatively, please point me in the right direction to get relevant replies.
