... and properly so, if the court finds that the employer improperly
caused harm to the employee. Ahh, the American judicial system in
action, protecting working people... it's a beautiful thing. I salute
the wisdom of the Founding Fathers. The US is the land of the fresh
start, of second chances... it was never intended that your whole
career should be subject to the whims of a bad boss with a peeve.
