Hi all,

I have a client that adores me! He wants me to write a recommendation, a glowing one at that, for him to print out on his company letterhead and sign to show to prospective clients. I've tried to ramp up and do it several times and each time it was, well, rather yucky. Any ideas? I need help!?!

Cheers!
