Hi all,

I have a Word document with a table of contents in which each entry links to the heading in the manual. I'd like to create a .pdf with a linked table of contents as well. I thought there was a simple way to create the linked table of contents using Acrobat Standard, but it looks like I'd have to link every single chapter head by hand (all 100 of them).

Is there an easier way?
