I took the survey but wanted to add my two cents here...
I don't believe we need a global standard for white papers. I believe
each company/entity can choose to standardize on content and approach
for white papers. In my opinion, as long as the information in the
white paper is factual, relevant to the reader, and generally unbiased
(some bias is expected, at least from me), the paper will be fine.
