Update: Repost - PDF and XP

I have received some good information from a number of people on these
lists, for which I am very grateful!!

We have an interim solution of using Save As PDF instead of the print
method. When my computer is upgraded, we'll try the install order that has
often been suggested, and see if it works. If it does, we'll go through
with uninstalling and reinstalling software on my coworker's computer.

Thanks again for all your suggestions (not to mention kind support, not
leaving me feeling like I'm alone in the world!).
