Hello People,
In my previous e-mail, I wrote that I wasn't able to publish the FlashHelp I created using RoboHelp X5 with my skin. I found out that I have but it automatically reverts to a default skin even though I have Flash Player 7 installed. When I searched, I found out that the javascript added looks only for Flash Players from version 2 to 6 and not 7 leading it to load a default image (gif) skin and not the flash skin I want. This happens only when loaded to the Internet. On my local computer and anyone else's it works fine. If anyone has a solution, I'll be forever grateful.

Thanks,

Sameh SAeb
