I think that a task breakdown would be a good idea. There's some guidance
on carrying this out in the manual for our product - TaskArchitect
(http://www.taskarchitect.com/TaskArchitect%20Manual.pdf) - which should
make it much easier to break the tasks down. The task diagrams makes it
very easy to communicate and check the structure with SMEs.
