To all the other excellent replies to this thread, I will add, that when
I am a hiring manager and I ask that question (and others like it), I am
not so much looking for the "right" answer, as I am looking for people's
thinking. I want to see solution-oriented thinking. If someone had
told me they would doggedly pursue a SME, that would not get as high as
points as someone who listed a couple of different approaches or who
said they would match the SME's preferences/personality.... That doesn't
mean they wouldn't be hired, because that is just one
"problem-solving-type" question I ask....

Willow: Cibo Matto? They're playing?

Xander: No, Willow, they're gonna be clog dancing.

Willow: Cibo Matto can clog dance? (gets a look from Xander) Oh,
sarcasm, right.
