The problem with this is that EVERYONE will expect that someone else
will fill in the blanks.

I've found that if you expect a SME to submit something to you from
scratch, the chances of this happening is alot less than if you learn
as much as you can, write about it, and let them revise what you
created.

Also...it helps if you do it in small chunks of a page or less. Don't
give them a whoile chapter...do it a piece at a time.
