(Congratulations, Lisa B! Looking forward to seeing what's to come.)
I've posted some on Sarbanes work and had similar experiences Rose. I have had every intention of posting an update/set of new questions for about a month now, too. I know I'm seeing plenty of jobs for tech writers who can do SOX. I'll get off my behind and post something! :-)
I did reply to one poster a couple of months ago looking to talk to people offline, and never heard anything back. I wondered if the person already had what they needed or if they were trolling for names.

A set of topics I haven't heard mentioned includes those that technical
writers working on Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, CMMI, process
optimization, etc.
I post on those topics from time to time and don't get any replies, but
I doubt I am the only tech writer working on such topics. This is a
pretty new area, but it is one rife for development (and dare I say job
opps?)
