Hi Joe,
If that turns out to be the case, they've just lost my business. I bought the SW and support package *AFTER* MM bought eHelp. They were happy to sell it to me, but now they won't give me what I bought?

*Going off to look up in archives that email from a few days ago about a free RoboDemo-ish program.*

According to a convo I had with MM sales Monday, they said anyone who

she said, people have to upgrade.
