> We do have an "improve the Javadoc" project on our Downtime List, and I have the necessary access, but every time we think we have some downtime, something else comes up -- for example, I was supposed to work on it from home for a couple of weeks this summer during the end of my pregnancy, and the baby came early. :-)
This (well, pregnancy aside) is why we wrap javadoc work into the
project schedules. ;-)
If you don't schedule and plan for it, it never gets done. Planning is
the difference between "nice to have" and "essential".
