Another interesting question to ask is whether your folks plan to secure guaranteed purchase rights or stockpile equipment (where?) should there be a regional disaster. Acquiring a "standard" corporate PC after a regional disaster may have months-long lead times. Typically this part of plan, if described/implemented at all, is put in place first for the obvious things, servers under critical data, transactions, etc. But what about the folks who will run those services after a regional disaster? Are they going to sit in the machine room and run the show?
