FWIW (and to be taken with the usual grain of salt) I would
keep the samples, but put it/them behind a text page that
included the above observation.... while mentioning no actual names.

If somebody wants to call you on it, you could just say:
"Hmm? Oh, that was some other evaluating company, I'm sure.
Name? No. That would be telling."

Nobody at the offending company could come back at you
without first admitting: "Well, yeah, we *did* make those
stupid sexist comments to her. That's how we identified
ourselves in her description... oh... wait... can I take
that back? Is that recorder on?"
