No, but sloppy or indifferent preparation for an interview *is* a red flag.
Wear nice clothes, arrive 5 minutes early, and make sure that your documents
are properly formatted. If you show up in torn jeans or with a badly coded
HTML resume, they might not bother looking at your experience and skills.
