How dare you publish private correspondence without asking me for my
permission?

I wasn't trying to insult you when I explained what I thought the Microsoft
logo was, but your response to that statement reveals you feel somewhat
threatened by my statement. (When someone appends "thank you" in the way you
did, it's a statement that he or she is peeved.)

While I see the details you point out about the logo, I do not think they
detract from the overall similarity that might well constitute a trademark
violation.

As for you, you have unethically posted private e-mail, and I think that's
just despicable. You didn't make "a mistake," either, because your original
mail to me was to ME only, and to send your response to my response to the
list, you had to specifically add the list's address.
