I'm sorry that it didn't even occur to me to ask your permission before posting what still seems like a perfectly harmless, congenial, professional exchange to the list, since the subject matter was entirely related to the original message on the list.

I didn't see anything private about your words or mine.

I certainly wasn't threatened (?!?) by anything you wrote.

I intended no offense, either in my message or in failing to ask before posting it. I'll be more careful in the future.
