Greetings,

I have a question on the rather dry topic of EC Declaration of
Conformity.

We intend to include a copy of the D of C in each of our system guides
with the original signed copy kept on our premises. The question is:

Do we have to include the signature block on the copy that will go into
the guide or can we just include the body of the declaration with a note
that the original is available?

Reason for question. Our CEO is not sure a facsimile of his signature
needs to be included with the many system guides we ship.

If anyone has any experience on this topic I would like to hear from
you.

Thanks,

David
