I agree with Rose, but I also think she wants to see your art and layout
sense.

Think "advertising" and "education" combined that is so beautifully designed
and pleasant to behold that the viewer can't wait to see the next screen.
Provide the text in bite-sized packages.

Perhaps the company takes seriously the job title with its two words,
"instructional" and "designer"

Give her DESIGN that's outstanding to go along with your writing.
