"Entry Level" can mean someone with no experience in a
profession, but can also mean someone with no experience
in an industry or technology. A candidate with a couple of
years of writing experience but none in our tech will still be
pretty close to a glorified secretary and DTP operator until
they've been trained in our subject matter.
