First, a quick (re)introduction: I've been a list member before, but I drop
in and out as my contracts and focus change. I'm back now because I'm
updating IT standard operating procedures for a pharmaceutical company, and
I've always found Techwr-l an invaluable resource.

Now to my question. Before I rewrite the following sentence, I need to know
what CIQ means: 'The CIQ documentation for a particular application
installation should detail the antivirus configuration to be used.'

A web search for CIQ has not turned up anything useful, nor has Acronym
Finder. And the people who can tell me are asleep on the other side of the
Atlantic.

Any suggestions?

Elizabeth OShea
