Wow, Ned, that truely is fansinating! That is the
defacto standard "uniform of the day" for us modern
day DFDers! I think such dress is based on
pyschological (or something like that) principles -
providing a soothing effect on the end-user being
interviewed/analyzed. You know, keeps them from being
apprehensive about being observed and questioned.
