Menus? Like what, exactly?
WWP, and any other tool out there, only handles the conversion of
content. If you're talking about the HTML Help window's menus, then
you need to create your HTML help in the target PC locale.
But, for content work, WWP should suffice for the languages you
indicate. We produce content in 19 different languages, including
Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Czech, and Russian, and WWP has no problems
with any of them. Nor should it, as all we're concerned with is
characters displaying on a page. ;-)
