Right. I do the same, and expect the same to be done of me. I Google
each and every candidate that looks promising to see what they've been
up to... what lists do they post on, are their resumes online if they
didn't supply a web site, have they been involved in any articles or
other discussion groups other than e-mail lists, etc.
