Is it really necessary to move to paper review as others have suggested?

Could you not create copies of the Word file with all current revision
tracking removed and then track the revisions of each individual reviewer
in separate files?

Then, when the reviewers are finished (end of today?) you can view the
changes of each reviewer and check for conflicts. Tomorrow, schedule a
meeting if needed to resolve conflicting comments/revisions. But, I'd warn
against having a large meeting. Try and resolve as many issues as possible
one-on-one with reviewers or in small meetings with only the reviewers
whose comments conflict.
