Whichever ones your current job happens to require.

Knowing a specific type of program isn't nearly as important as knowing the general category. If you know word processing, then it doesn't make much difference whether the job is done in MS Word or OpenOffice. Similarly, if you know graphics editing, then whether you use PhotoShop or the GIMP isn't especially important.
