I've been having this problem, too. Your workaround of changing the Zoom
setting works because it refreshes the page. Another way to refresh the
page which is slightly quicker and simpler is to click the Hide/Mask
marks
button (the one with the little paragraph sign). I just stumbled on that
yesterday.
I'll try Ed Wurster's suggestion about hardware acceleration settings in
Display Properties. Ed, when you say "back off the setting," do you mean
decrease the acceleration rate?
