I have never had any luck teaching others to work with me.
I usually learn how they work and then set about integrating
(or if you prefer, infiltrating) what I and my team need into
their workflows to eliminate all the reasons or excuses they
might have for not giving it to us. Expecting the development
process to adjust to the needs of documentation will almost
always lead to disappointment.
