RE: question for canadians

I don't like abbreviating "Canada" because "CA" is the same as the postal
code for California and too close for comfort. I often see "CAD$" listed for
currency on websites.

when I'm specifying currencies. ("I paid US$20 which came to CAN$25.")

I've seen CA used a bit, since our Internet domain is .ca, but even then not
in sentences.
