Can anyone tell me how the contracting market is going these days in the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley? I am interested in returning to contracting after three years in a full-time job. Also, I ask again if anyone can refer me to some good Bay Area recruiters who specialize in contracting work for technical writers. Thanks.
