Makes sense; but the art is in knowing how much you can do
for yourself and when you can't get any further.
You can, for example, try to figure something out yourself,
make a bad guess, form a misconception, and run with it
for many days and many pages, creating an expensive mess.
Or you can spend hours trying to make some feature work correctly
when a developer could have told you that everyone (except
you) knows that it doesn't yet work correctly for anyone.
Like page estimates (gack) or anything else, it demands
relevant prior experience as a frame of reference.
