Hi Rebecca,

First thing of course is to define a template with a suitable set of styles.
Then your task is to apply the styles. quickly & easily. I wrote the
following article a while back targetting a similar problem (getting users
to use styles that have been defined) but the technique may be helpful to
you as well.
