In the past, I've read with interest threads that discussed the ratio
between documentation & development staff.

Like many of the posters, I agree that the ratio should vary based on a
number of factors (type of product, complexity of the product, audience,
etc.). Without resurrecting that discussion, I'm curious about what actual
ratios you work in & whether your ratio works for you.

For me, this is our ratio:
Doc 2
QA 8
Dev 27
