That thread reminded me of an unfortunate ad campaign that had to be pulled when 9/11 happened.

My niece, who works for an eye doctor, told me that there was an eyeglass frame manufacturer that developed bendable arms on their frames. Their commercials and other ads showed a plane heading for a building and the building ducking sideways so it didn't get hit. They pulled the ads as soon as the attack happened.
