We used to have an editor, but we needed more writers, so now the
editor writes full-time. We peer edit when there's time, but time's a
rare commodity. So, we conduct lots of reviews with development, qa,
tech support, and other groups in the company. That usually weeds out
the typos and ambiguities fairly well, and we have a style guide that
defines how things look and read.
