Subject:A wonderful new world From:"Erica Sullivan" <docudiva -at- hotmail -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Thu, 13 Jan 2005 11:04:08 -0500
I'm in a wonderful new situation. I've just started at a company that's
NEVER had a tech writer before. They want me to set up a documentation
process/procedure. I get to say exactly what kind of information I need and
when I'd like it. So, in a dream world, what would yours look like? I know
I may not (okay, probably won't) get everything I want. But I figure: "aim
high!"
As an aside, I'd like to include the Publications-Documentation Life Cycle
from Joann Hackos' Managing Your Documentation Projects. But I REALLY don't
want to type all that in. Does anyone know if/where this might be available
for download.
