Being in a large company; some have, some haven't,
some might, and some never will. As a bonus, since
my group is eventually changing, our customized Frame
implementation has had all support pulled out from
under it, so as we find need to have templates tweaked,
it doesn't happen.

CB - who will be using XML, one of these days...
