Has anyone here any experience with free-format documentation? I have no idea what it is, apart from some links to the insurance industry and a company called EDCubed. Googling for the term gives me quite a few different interpretations of the term. I've no idea whether it is a format for writing/presenting documentation, whether it's an accessibile repository for documentation, a methodology for linking documentation to application code, some sort of collaborative documentation system, or something else entirely.
