Since we're talking NYC financial here, I have to say go with the best
suit and the French cuffs. I've always viewed dressing for a job interview
as little different than dressing for a date where you want to dress to
impress. The Rolex is a tough call. You could make a case either way. It
seems appropriate for Wall Street, but it could push you into overdressed
territory.
Snarky aside about dates and job interviews: Accepting a job offer (or
offering a position) after one or two interviews is almost like getting
married after one or two dates :-)
